Wicked Talent: Stereo Hearts (Josh Harrison Acoustic Cover on itunes)

Want to see some wicked talent?  This version of Stereo Hearts by Josh Harrison and Jamie Clayton is amazing.  These guys perform Adam Levine’s Stereo Hearts better than he does-I love the tempo.  In fact, I think it’s better than Adam Levine’s version.

Good news:  If you get hooked to this version like I did, you can download it on iTunes at  http://itunes.apple.com/us/album/acoustic-sessions/id477615982

By the way, did you know that music with a regular beat increases serotonin levels?  That’s probably why we love music so much.  Music with a more erratic, irregular beat (think Metallica “One”) boosts dopamine, which helps us stay focused, creative, and energized.  You can literally use music to maintain or create a healthy mood for yourself, which is a neat thing to think about as the winter season sets in for so many.

That’s all from Boca Raton today, folks.  No winter season here-in fact, it was 78, sunny, and gorgeous yesterday on Thanksgiving Day.  I’m not sure what made the day more perfect-my amazing family, the spectacular food, the perfect weather, or the funny Target lady on the Target commercials.  It was a perfect Thanksgiving here, and I hope it was for you, too.  Ciao!
