MYTH: We should strive for balance.

It’s been a long day today, and perhaps my judgment was off when I decided to do the Insanity workout DVD this evening.  I’m not a DVD workout kind of gal-I like doing my own thing-but I’ve made exceptions for P90X and now, Insanity.
