Get Still, Get Healthy, and Keep Your Sanity

Do you feel wired and tired most of the time?  Join the crowd.  Feeling tired, by the way, is the direct path to irritability, forgetfulness, and getting every damned cold that your child brings home from school.  There IS a way to feel more relaxed and improve your health, but you’ll have to come to terms with the fact that you need to get still for at least a few minutes a day.
